Since then he has opened affiliate offices in London, New York, Miami, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador. Yamil has a strong background in Sales and Marketing. Today, he is internationally known as a market leader specializing in Reinsurance.
Carmen Joy
Chief Financial Officer
Carmen has 20 years of business experience. Carmen is responsible for all accounting practices, directs financial strategy and forecasts. She also provides oversight to organizational planning, development and implementation.

Yamil brings experience in insurance, finance, sales, and client relations to Worldwide Insurance & Reinsurance Services. He has a strong background in insurance and financial services and is licensed in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty. Yamil works closely with clients and partners to develop effective insurance solutions and support the company’s continued growth.
Julen Emedan Joy
VP of Operations
Julen focuses on Operations Management and Claims side of the business and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance. He oversees day-to-day operational processes, supports claims management, and works closely with clients, brokers, and business partners to help ensure efficient and responsive service.
